Returns and EXCHANGE
Before you return a Chicasuu product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones, therefore, may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED. WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTE.
Exchange Policy- INDIA
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- For Exchange, customers need to bear Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.250/- all over India
Exchange Policy- INTERNATIONAL
- Refunds are applicable ONLY in case of lost shipments.
- International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- Exchange is accepted ONLY if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
Steps For Making An Exchange
- Please Inform us within 2 days of the delivery of the order. You can email us at hello@chicasuu.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9311443111 along with your order number and product picture.
- The query will then be verified by our QC team to decide if the product is approved for an exchange.
- Once Exchange is approved, our team will email or WhatsApp the confirmation to the customer and arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your shipping address.
Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the product back, our QC team will verify the product and inform you about the most mutually convenient exchange method.
- We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
No Refunds Will Be Given In The Following Cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Please review product sizing details before making the purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variations from the photographs on our website.
