Please take the time to try out all the jewellery you have received. If you still decide on returning, we are happy to help you out with your return and refund process without any questions asked.
You will have 15-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time. Steps For Making Returns
- Return policy is applicable only to unused and unworn products that still have the tags attached.
- Please Inform us within 15 days of the delivery of the order. You can email us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9311443111 along with your order number and product pictures and video.
- The query will then be verified by our QC team to decide if the product is approved for an return.
- Once return is approved, our team will email or whatsapp the confirmation to the customer and arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your shipping address.
- Once we receive the product back, your refund will be issued withing 48 hours.
- Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging.
What if my order is International?
Return policy is not valid for any international order.
No refunds will be given in the following cases
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
